Alessia Rossella Gnasso è la prima Wedding Planner che voglio farvi conoscere!!! Classe’88, Monferrina di adozione e di sangue Campano, ama il buon cibo, la musica e lo shopping, ma la sua passione più grande resta quella per il suo meraviglioso lavoro che ama moltissimo.
Le sue principali caratteristiche sono la predisposizione all’organizzazione e un quel giusto pizzico di vanità.
Dopo tanti anni d’esperienza nel settore servizi Welfare decide di abbandonare il suo lavoro per realizzare il suo nuovo sogno: nasce SPOSAMI OGGI.
Un progetto ambizioso, in una zona del nord Italia dove questa professione è ancora poco conosciuta.
Che cosa ti ha spinto a diventare una Wedding Planner?
Nel mio precedente lavoro mi occupavo di organizzare, pianificare, dirigere e supervisionare, tenevo i contatti con i fornitori e questo mi ha formata molto.
L’imput più forte però me lo ha trasmesso mia mamma che è sempre stata appassionata della creatività! Così, decido di lasciare il mio vecchio lavoro e mi butto in questa nuova esperienza che era nata un pò per caso ma che poi si è rivelata tanto apprezzata e richiesta, così tanto da essere ancora in costante crescita.
Che cosa ami particolarmente nell’organizzare un matrimonio?
Amo tutti gli aspetti che si legano all’organizzazione di un matrimonio. Amo la crescita e la ricerca che mi ha caratterizzata in questi anni, che mi ha permesso di trovare un’identità ed uno stile preciso, più un team selezionato con cura. E quello che ogni giorno mi insegna il mio lavoro è il coraggio.
Cosa ti piace maggiormente del tuo lavoro?
Svegliarmi tutte le mattine felice di sapere che farò qualcosa che mi piace e che mi da molta soddisfazione. Mi da una carica enorme scoprire sempre nuovi modi per poter realizzare il sogno dei miei sposi, ma quello che mi fa battere fortissimo il cuore è vedere i loro sorrisi il giorno delle nozze.
Esistono dei riconoscimenti professionali?
Si!!! In primis le belle recensioni che i clienti mi dedicano, poi quelli più “ufficiali” come il premio Ziwa per l’eccellenza e la qualità del servizio che viene offerto agli sposi e il riconoscimento per il blog di Sposami Oggi come uno dei 10 blog di matrimoni più belli d’Italia.
In che cosa credi?
Sono una persona semplice, credo ancora nella gentilezza tra le persone, alla bellezza della natura, nei sogni, nelle cose belle, semplici e nella felicità che ogni singola giornata mi regala.
Rossella realizza fantastici matrimoni che amano la semplicità ma estremamente curati nei minimi dettagli; è il punto di riferimento per tutte quelle spose che non vogliono fare tutto da sole, anzi vogliono seguire con lei i preparativi e godersi il bello di questo momento senza stress.

Rossella Gnasso is the first Weddin Planner that I want to introduce you to !!! Born in 1988, Monferrina by adoption and of Campanian blood, she loves good food, music and shopping, but her greatest passion remains that for her wonderful work which she loves very much. Its main characteristics are the predisposition to the organization and a just pinch of vanity.
After many years of experience in the Welfare services sector he decides to abandon his job to realize his new dream: SPOSAMI OGGI is born. An ambitious project, in an area of northern Italy where this profession is still little known.
What prompted you to become a Wedding Planner?
In my previous job I was in charge of organizing, planning, directing and supervising, I kept in touch with suppliers and this formed me a lot. The strongest input, however, was transmitted to me by my mom who has always been passionate about creativity! So, I decide to quit my old job and I throw myself into this new experience that was born a little by chance but which then turned out to be so much appreciated and requested, so much that it is still constantly growing.
What do you particularly love about planning a wedding?
I love all the aspects that are linked to the organization of a wedding. I love the growth and research that has characterized me over the years, which has allowed me to find a precise identity and style, plus a carefully selected team. And what my job teaches me every day is courage.
What do you like most about your job?
Waking up every morning happy to know that I will do something that I like and that gives me a lot of satisfaction. It gives me an enormous charge to always discover new ways to make my spouses dream come true, but what makes my heart beat faster is seeing their smiles on their wedding day.
Are there any professional awards?
Yes!!! First of all the beautiful reviews that customers dedicate to me, then the more “official” ones such as the Ziwa award for excellence and quality of service offered to the spouses and the recognition for the Sposami Oggi blog as one of the 10 blogs of most beautiful weddings in Italy.
What do you believe in?
I am a simple person, I still believe in kindness between people, in the beauty of nature, in dreams, in beautiful, simple things and in the happiness that every single day gives me.
Rossella creates fantastic weddings that love simplicity but extremely cared for in the smallest details; is the reference point for all those brides who do not want to do everything alone, rather they want to follow the preparations with her and enjoy the beauty of this moment without stress.
