Alessia Buongiorno carissime, come avete iniziato la settimana? Siete cariche o siete stanche?
Sabato vi avevo anticipato che dovete essere voi a decidere l’assegnazione dei posti e dei tavoli, soprattutto se avete molti invitati. Tenete presente qualsiasi aspetto del singolo invitato, si esso single, in coppia oppure una famiglia. State attente a non mettere nello stesso tavolo persone che magari hanno avuto qualche incomprensione per non creare malumori durante il banchetto.
Prima di tutto volete un tavolo solo per voi oppure volete essere in compagnia? Se scegliete un tavolo solo per voi la vostra posizione sarà in cima sia della sala, sia del tableau. Se invece decidete di avere qualcuno accanto queste saranno le persone che secondo le regole del galateo possono sedere al vostro tavolo: solo i parenti di entrambi gli sposi. Diciamo che oggi è un pochino superata come regola, una versinone un po meno informale, prevede la presenza dei testimoni e degli amici più stretti. Ma ovviamente spetta a voi decidere in base anche alla tipologia di tavolo data dalla location.
Deciso queste due cose e concordato quante persone dovranno sedersi per ogni tavolo, lista degli invitati alla mano e iniziate a posizionare i nomi sui vari tavoli. Ma che cosè questo tableau marriage?
E’ una sorta di mappa della sala che aiuta gli invitati a capire dove devono accomodarsi. Dove va collocato?
Non ha una posizione prestabilita, solitamente va collocato nella zona dell’aperitivo in modo che gli ospiti possano leggerlo con calma in attesa del vostro arrivo.
Sui foglietti che andranno a comporre il tableau, è meglio prediligere sempre la scrittura sia del nome che del cognome degll’invitato ma se preferirete avere un tono meno formale, potrete optare anche per solamente il nome di battesimo o addirittura dei diminutivi e qualora vi fossero coppie allo stesso tavolo, scrivere i due nomi l’uno di fianco all’altro aiuterà gli ospiti nell’individuazione del proprio tavolo; ecco alcuni esempi:
– Massimo (invitato single)
– Marco e Barbara (coppia)
– Roberto, Sonia e Veronica (famiglia)
La scrittura dei nomi, così come vi ho appena mostrato, potrà anche facilitarvi andando a occupare meno spazio, anche perché, ricordatevi, che i tavoli rotondi potrebbero raggiungere anche le 12 persone ciascuno.
La cosa più importante è che il tableau dovrà essere in linea con il tema scelto per il vostro matrimonio, con lo stile e con i colori che avete deciso di utilizzare; generalmente potrà essere un cartellone stampato o usato come base sulla quale potrete applicare i vari cartoncini dei tavoli. Per quanto riguarda i nomi dei tavoli, metteteli in base al tema scelto. Per esempio amate la natura? I nomi dei tavoli potrebbero richiamare i nomi di alcuni alberi o fiori. Amate viaggiare? I nomi potrebbero essere gli stati che avete visitato o che volete visitare.
Ecco alcune simpatiche idee che ho pensato per voi:
Il ricevimento si tiene presso un’azienda vinicola? Potete usare i nomi dei vari tipi di vini, oppure le varie tipologie di uve per dare i nomi ai tavoli. Potete usare delle bottiglie come tableau apoggiate su un tavolo circondate da grappoli d’uva e foglie di vite.
Se pensate di sposarvi in una villa potete optare per un tableau formato da varie cornici stile antico circondate da fiori o se preferite potete usare uno specchio con una cornice adatta alla location con i nomi scritti direttamente sullo specchio con accanto cristalli e candele.
Se invece avete scelto uno stile più semplice e amate i profumi delle erbe aromatiche potete scrivere i nomi degli invitati direttamente sul vaso in latta con dentro la pianta e collocarle su dei bancali creando un gioco di altezze.
Avete solo l’imbarazzo della scelta nel creare il vostro tableau…potete usare anche magari una saga di film che vi appassiona (Harry Potter, Avengers o Star Wars) e tantissime altre cose per creare idee originali!
Ieri ho creato dei semplici esempi di tableau a casa per voi, mancano i nomi dei tavoli che andranno ovviamente disposti all’interno.
Quello del nostro matrimonio, lo aveva creato graficamente mio marito mettendo insieme le foto delle montagne e dei fiori di dove abitiamo ora ed era stato collocato al lato della scala che portava alla sala del banchetto.

If you plan to get married in a villa you can opt for a tableau made up of various antique-style frames surrounded by flowers or if you prefer you can use a mirror with a frame suitable for the location with the names written directly on the mirror with crystals and candles next to it.
If, on the other hand, you have chosen a simpler style and you love the scents of aromatic herbs, you can write the names of the guests directly on the tin vase with the plant inside and place them on pallets creating a play of heights.
You are spoiled for choice in creating your tableau … you can also use a movie saga that you are passionate about (Harry Potter, Avengers or Star Wars) and many other things to create original ideas!
Yesterday I created some simple examples of tableau at home for you, the names of the tables are missing which will obviously be arranged inside.
The one of our wedding, my husband had created graphically by putting together photos of the mountains and flowers where we live now and was placed on the side of the staircase leading to the banquet hall.
