Abbiamo visto come organizzare il matrimonio, la scelta della location e che per organizzare un matrimonio ci vogliono circa 12 mesi e poi?
Che cosa c’è da fare nei mesi successivi? Ecco a voi un esempio di scaletta con cosa fare e con quali tempi.
Se non vivete assieme sarebbe il caso di iniziare a vedere anche una casa o un appartamento dove costruire il vostro nido!!!
12 mesi: scegliere la data, scegliere la chiesa o il municipio, scegliere la location ed eventualmente il servizio catering.
9 mesi: cercare di definire un budget da rispettare.
6 mesi: è il tempo di pensare alla lista nozze. Una cosa sulla lista nozze, se già vivete assieme direi che la classica lista basata su oggettistica per la casa non vi serve, piuttosto fate una lista nozze in agenzia viaggi oppure potete richiedere la busta. Date conferma alla location e iniziate a guardare le mete per la luna di miele.
5 mesi: se ancora non lo avete fatto, è arrivata l’ora di pensare all’abito da sposa e dello sposo! Definite il tema del matrimonio.
4 mesi: iniziate a definire la lista degli invitati, scegliete le partecipazioni di nozze, prenotate il viaggio di nozze.
3 mesi: andate dal fiorista e decidete gli addobbi per la chiesa o municipio, quelli per la location, il vostro bouquet ed eventualmente altri fiori che vi serviranno. Andate a definire gli ultimi dettagli come il servizio babysitting, noleggio di navette per portare i vostri ospiti alla location. Contattate il musicista per il sottofondo musicale durante il ricevimento, prenotare il fotografo e definite gli scatti e le riprese di quel giorno. Prenotare l’auto e scegliere le bomboniere.
2 mesi: spedite o consegnate personalmente gli inviti, scegliete i vostri corrispettivi testimoni, definite il menu del ricevimento e i vini. Contattate la pasticceria per la torta nuziale. Con la vostra parrucchiera e la vostra estetista iniziate la prova acconciatura e trucco. Stabilire gli accessori (scarpe, velo, guanti, coprispalle). Se avete scelto un viaggio di nozze all’estero informatevi su tutte le tipologie di documenti necessari. Scegliete le fedi nuziali.
45 giorni: ordinate le scarpe, i guanti. Ricontrollate tutta la scaletta per vedere se avete fatto tutto o se manca qualcosa. Fate le ultime prove dell’abito.
20 giorni: ritirate le fedi, scegliete il porta fedi, date le ultime conferme ai vari fornitori che magari stanno aspettando la vostra risposta.
15 giorni: ricontrollare se tutti gli invitati vi hanno dato conferma o meno della loro presenza. Confermate il numero alla location, definite gli ultimi accorgimenti con il fotografo. Fare l’ultima prova abito con tutti gli accessori, il trucco e l’acconciatura scelta. Prenditi un momento di relax, magari con le tue amiche per una giornata tutta per voi tra shopping e un centro benessere.
7 giorni: iniziate a preparare la valigia per la luna di miele e controllate che l’agenzia vi abbia dato tutti i documenti. Organizzate (sicuramente i vostri amici lo faranno per voi) la festa di addio al nubilato e celibato.
3 giorni: consegnate le fedi al testimone o ai genitori del paggetto. Concedetevi una pulizia del viso. Decidete se l’abito lo ritirate in negozio o se ve lo consegnano a casa. Il mio abito me lo aveva portato direttamente la proprietaria e mi ha aiutato ad indossarlo.
Vigilia: saldate i conti con i fornitori, per sicurezza riconfermate gli appuntamenti del giorno successivo e l’ora. Preparate una borsa da consegnare alla mamma o ad un’amica con un paio di calze di riserva, tutto l’occorrente per sistemare il make-up al ricevimento.
Il giorno della cerimonia: Una bella colazione, trucco, acconciatura e indossate il vostro bellissimo abito per vivere la vostra favola!!! Mi raccomando tanti bei respiri profondi e tanti fazzoletti per tutti!!!
Dopo il viaggio di nozze: scrivete e spedite i ringraziamenti e consegnate le bomboniere a chi non è venuto al matrimonio.
Ma ti serve qualcosa per sposarti in chiesa o in città? Sì, per entrare sono necessarie le pubblicazioni di matrimonio. Per quanto riguarda il municipio sono necessari i documenti di identità, l’atto di nascita e il certificato contestuale (chiedetelo all’anagrafe) e una marca da bollo da 16 euro. Le pubblicazioni devono rimanere nell’albo pretorio per 8 giorni, ma servono altri 4 giorni per far sì che se ci sono oppositori al matrimonio possano parlare. Dopo questi 13 giorni hai finalmente il nulla osta per il matrimonio e da questo momento hai 180 giorni per celebrare il matrimonio o devi ripetere tutto se questi giorni passano. Generalmente è previsto circa 2 o 3 mesi prima della data prescelta per effettuare pubblicazioni congiunte.
Per quanto riguarda il matrimonio religioso è richiesto un certificato di battesimo, un certificato di cresima e un certificato ecclesiastico gratuito (necessario per coloro che provengono da una parrocchia diversa o hanno recentemente risieduto in quella parrocchia). Per la chiesa è inoltre necessario frequentare un corso prematrimoniale presso la parrocchia. Una volta che hai tutto puoi concordare la data. Il parroco consegnerà le pubblicazioni al comune dove verranno fatte tutte le cose sopra elencate. Anche in questo caso i coniugi aspettano 3 o 4 mesi prima della data fissata per rispettare le scadenze. Le pubblicazioni ecclesiastiche saranno esposte per 8 giorni di cui 2 domeniche.
