Oggi terminiamo lo speciale sulle bomboniere andando a parlare dei confetti e dei wedding favours.
I Confetti:
Con la bomboniera oppure separatamente, vengono offerti i confetti, tradizionale ed irrinunciabile emblema di una buona riuscita dell’unione.
Contrariamente a ciò che può avvenire con le bomboniere i confetti vengono dati ad ogni partecipante alle nozze: si offrono confetti in gran quantità, non solo in apposite
confezioni, ai singoli invitati, ma anche liberamente insieme ai dessert o ai liquori, alla fine del banchetto, in modo che tutti possano assaggiarli, anche senza aprire il piccolo cadeau ricevuto.
Se nella confezione di confetti ai singoli invitati spesso si utilizzano per tradizione i classici confetti bianchi alla mandorla, nella “confettata” accessibile a tutti si potrà
osare con confetti dai gusti diversi, anche multicolor, in base allo stile e ai colori del matrimonio.
I confetti sono parte integrante dell’organizzazione di ogni matrimonio e pertanto devono essere progettati in armonia con gli allestimenti, con il compito anche di vivacizzarli.
Innanzitutto andrà scelto il tipo di confezionamento per i confetti da dare in dono ed è quindi essenziale definire con quali materiali otterremo il risultato desiderato.
I materiali per il confezionamento di confetti e bomboniere i seguenti:
•Velo di fata – Un materiale molto sottile e trasparente, adatto ad avvolgere i confetti e creare semplici sacchetti chiusi con un nastro.
•Sacchetti preconfezionati in vari materiali come tulle, organza, raso, seta, ecc.
•Fazzoletti in tessuti leggeri, come ad esempio seta, anche decorati con ricami o stampati in fantasia.
•Piccole scatole in cartoncino adatte a contenere i confetti e gli oggetti che costituiscono la bomboniera. Le scatole in cartoncino possono essere in fantasia oppure a tinta unita e in diverse forme. Molto utilizzate sono in questo caso le carte riciclate, soprattutto per le bomboniere equo-solidali e nei matrimoni eco-chic.
•Piccole confezioni in plexiglass – Il plexiglass ben si presta alla realizzazione di contenitori in forme simpatiche(cuori, stelle, ecc.), adatte quindi a rendere l’omaggio dei confetti esteticamente più accattivante e spiritoso.
Se per la confettata e per gli omaggi informali di confetti spesso si utilizzano le scatoline trasparenti in plastica è opportuno invece scegliere un materiale diverso per i confetti da regalare insieme alla bomboniera.
•Confezioni in vetro – In alcuni casi si può scegliere di usare come confezione per i confetti dei piccoli barattolini in vetro. Un simpatico omaggio che potrà essere riutilizzato in vari modi, in casa, da chi lo riceverà.
•Piccole confezioni in metallo – Un’altra alternativa molto attuale per il confezionamento dei confetti è il metallo:
grezzo, decorato oppure a tinta unita, può essere riutilizzato da chi lo riceverà, magari come porta-spezie o porta caramelle.
Ovviamente ogni tipo di confezione potrà essere abbellita con i seguenti elementi accessori:
•Nastri di raso o organza, magari di diverse larghezze. Nei matrimoni in stile rurale, rural-chic, eco-chic e shabby chic, spesso si utilizzano anche nastri in fibre naturali come canapa, rafia, cotone, paglia, ecc.
•Fiori veri o finti o altri elementi decorativi, anche in stoffa, ceramica, pasta di sale, pasta fimo, ecc.
•Etichette adesive, anche in stoffa – Aggiungono colore dove ce n’è bisogno, come ad esempio può avvenire nel caso di contenitori in vetro trasparente o in metallo non dipinto.
I Colori nel Confezionamento
Nella scelta del confezionamento è importante valutare i colori che saranno alla base degli allestimenti.
Molto spesso negli allestimenti classici per i matrimoni si tende soprattutto a scegliere una combinazione di due colori, a cui si aggiunge il bianco o un colore neutro per
dare luce e metterli in risalto, come ad esempio: verde, lilla e bianco oppure arancio, giallo e bianco.
La scelta dei colori negli allestimenti determinerà la scelta dei colori per il confezionamento dei confetti e delle bomboniere, qualora queste necessitino di un’apposita
confezione. Supponiamo che gli sposi abbiano deciso come colori principali del matrimonio il bianco e il verde tiffany.
Volendo rimanere in armonia con i colori già scelti per addobbi floreali e allestimenti, le bomboniere e i confetti
potranno essere confezionati nei seguenti modi:
In contenitori/sacchetti bianco e verde tiffany: una parte delle confezioni sarà in un colore e una parte in un altro
Le confezioni/sacchetti saranno unicamente in un colore (verde tiffany o bianco in questo caso), con decorazioni e applicazioni nell’altro colore.
Le confezioni/sacchetti saranno di colore bianco con
elementi decorativi in verde tiffany. Questa ad esempio è l’opzione che meglio si adatta a far risaltare i confetti all’interno di confezioni in vetro trasparente.
I wedding favours
Se sentite dire che non è importante fare la bomboniera come regalo alla fine delle nozze o di qualsiasi altro evento è sbagliato, va sempre fatto un piccolo dono a chi partecipa, pensate se voi stessi foste gli invitati e alla fine della giornata trascorsa ve ne tornate a casa senza nulla, come vi sentireste?
In realtà è possibile offrire con facilità dei doni ai propri invitati anche senza spendere una fortuna, specie nel caso di matrimoni con un gran numero di invitati.
Si può certamente scegliere oggetti semplici oppure usare forme di confezionamento di confetti e dolciumi adatte ad essere riutilizzate, in grado quindi di rimanere
potenzialmente nelle case di chi li riceve.
Nella maggior parte dei casi i Wedding Favours si presentano come piccoli contenitori, chiusi, oppure lasciati aperti, contenenti confetti e dolci di vario tipo: non sono strettamente legati alla bomboniera e pertanto tutti sono destinati a riceverne uno.
I Wedding Favours, quando non sono parte integrante di una bomboniera, possono essere presi liberamente dalle persone e possono essere posizionati sui tavoli del banchetto oppure in un apposito tavolo al momento dei dolci.
I Wedding Favours edibili
Sono sicuramente più utilizzati che non dovrebbero mai mancare negli allestimenti di un matrimonio. Confetti, cioccolatini,
caramelle, lecca-lecca, pop-corn, bastoncini di liquirizia, chewingum, frutti, biscotti e molti altri possono costituire il contenuto di un Wedding Favours edibile. Tali omaggi, da scegliere in base alla tipologia e allo stile del matrimonio, rendono colorata la tavola e sono dei simpatici doni apprezzabili da tutti gli invitati e spesso soprattutto dai bambini.
Wedding Favours di questo tipo possono essere inseriti in diverse tipologie di contenitori e la scelta di questi dipenderà dal tipo di omaggio e dallo stile del matrimonio.
I Wedding Favours non edibili
In questa categoria rientrano tutti quei piccoli omaggi che gli ospiti possono prendere liberamente e portare via, come ricordo delle nozze.
Molto spesso i Wedding Favours di questa categoria vengono utilizzati come segnaposti, oppure come semplici decorazioni poste sopra i tavoli degli invitati.
In alcuni casi i Wedding Favours non edibili possono avere una loro utilità.
Pensiamo ad esempio ad un matrimonio estivo in una giornata molto calda … perché non fornire agli ospiti, come simpatico Wedding Favours, un ventaglio nei colori
del matrimonio già durante la cerimonia.
Se stiamo organizzando un matrimonio in stile classico, una buona scelta può essere quella di usare delle piccole candele come segnaposto, legate con un nastro, riportante
un’etichetta con il nome dell’invitato che, alla fine dei festeggiamenti, potrà portarle a casa.

The materials for the packaging of sugared almonds and favors are the following:
• Fairy veil – A very thin and transparent material, suitable for wrapping sugared almonds and creating simple bags closed with a ribbon.
• Pre-packaged bags in various materials such as tulle, organza, satin, silk, etc.
• Handkerchiefs in light fabrics, such as silk, also decorated with embroidery or printed in fantasy.
• Small cardboard boxes suitable for containing sugared almonds and objects that make up the favor. The cardboard boxes can be in fantasy or a
solid color and in different shapes. In this case, recycled papers are widely used, especially for fair trade favors and eco-chic weddings.
• Small plexiglass packages – Plexiglass lends itself well to making containers in nice shapes (hearts, stars, etc.), therefore suitable for paying homage to
more aesthetically appealing and witty confetti.
If transparent plastic boxes are often used for sugared almonds and informal gifts, it is advisable to choose a different material for the confetti.

The edible Wedding Favors
They are certainly more used than should never be missing in the preparations of a wedding. Confetti, chocolates,
candies, lollipops, popcorn, licorice sticks, chewingum, fruits, cookies and many others can make up the
content of an edible Wedding Favors. Such freebies, from
choose according to the type and style of the wedding, make the table colorful and are nice gifts appreciated by all the guests and often especially by
children.
Wedding Favors of this type can be placed in different types of containers and the choice of these will depend on the type of gift and the style of the wedding.
The non-edible Wedding Favors
This category includes all those small gifts that guests can freely take and take away, as a souvenir of the wedding.
Very often the Wedding Favors of this category are used as place cards, or as simple decorations placed above the tables of the guests.
