Alessia Buongiorno e buon sabato, come state? Dopo lo speciale che riguardava il pizzo, continuiamo a parlare dei fiori, in particolare oggi vediamo come decorare la chiesa e il municipio.
Addobbare la chiesa
Le composizioni floreali per un matrimonio in chiesa devono rispettare una serie di principi che ci sono da sempre: il complesso degli elementi e dell’architettura degli interni e degli esterni;
tenere in conto delle caratteristiche architettoniche della chiesa, sia essa antica o moderna;
considerare l’effetto globale dato dalla prospettiva della navata centrale, quella che percorrerà la sposa;
ricordatevi la necessità di rispettare sempre, pur valorizzandolo, la sacralità e la spiritualità di un luogo santo.
Gli addobbi floreali per la chiesa sono costituiti solitamente da alcune installazioni di base: una composizione sull’altare maggiore, davanti agli sposi;
due composizioni più piccole, sulle balaustre;
alcune decorazioni devono essere poste nella zona del coro, lungo la navata, all’ingresso e sui banchi dei fedeli;
adeguare le creazioni floreali al tipo di illuminazione degli spazi e degli ambienti ornati dagli affascinanti giochi
di luce e ombre, studiati e progettati, in molti casi dalle
menti creative di grandi artisti dove, di conseguenza, la scelta di un fiore o di una composizione dalla tonalità
sbagliata, potrebbe produrre una nota disarmonica.
Lo stile delle composizioni floreali deve, quindi, armonizzarsi ai volumi e allo stile della Chiesa.
Le piccole cappelle, di conseguenza, richiedono composizioni equilibrate e minute, mentre chiese maestose
impongono la scelta di grandi piante, tralci e composizioni floreali sontuose.
Se consideriamo lo stile poi, per una chiesa Normanna o Romanica, si dovranno preferire allestimenti adatti all’essenza che le caratterizza, scegliendo quindi composizioni essenziali e raffinate.
Per una chiesa in stile Barocco, è invece consigliabile predisporre scenografie più suggestive e romantiche.
In una chiesa moderna, usando a piene mani la creatività, si potranno sperimentare invece nuove e più originali
tendenze.
Infine, se la scelta ricade su una piccola chiesetta di campagna o di montagna, sarà bene scegliere addobbi
predisposti con fiori in tinte, insieme con spighe di grano, pigne, edera, foglie, nastri e, a scelta, da frutta di stagione.
Ora passiamo al municipio:
La cerimonia in Municipio è sempre meno affascinante rispetto alla cerimonia in Chiesa: proprio per questa
ragione diventa quasi un obbligo rendere un tocco di colore con delle composizioni floreali, anche se è sempre meglio cercare di essere molto misurati nella scelta e prendere accordi con il personale addetto.
Per questo tipo di rito e di ambientazione, la soluzione migliore, in genere, è quella di sistemare una composizione di fiori, stretta e lunga, ai piedi del tavolo di fronte al quale staranno seduti gli sposi.
Si possono, inoltre prevedere due composizioni più alte, collocate, una dalla parte della sposa e un’altra dalla parte dello sposo.
Non dimenticate mai la presenza di una composizione, anche all’ingresso della sala.
Un accorgimento che può risultare molto apprezzato quello sarà di preparare minuscoli mazzetti, che riprendano i fiori dell’addobbo, da regalare alle signore all’ingresso o alla fine della cerimonia.
In ogni caso, per questo tipo di ambiente, la soluzione ideale e quella di adagiare una composizione di fiori in
“basso rilievo” , oppure una ghirlanda, davanti al tavolo di fronte al quale si siedono gli sposi; due composizioni più alte sui lati del tavolo; una all’ingresso e infine, ornare di piccoli e discreti mazzolini di fiori, dalle forme e dai colori delicati, le sedie degli invitati che, volendo, potranno poi portare le decorazione con se come ricordo.
Ovviamente per entrambe le tipologie di allestimento la scelta finale sta agli sposi e al loro budget che assieme al fiorista decideranno e definiranno il tutto. Mi ricordo che per il nostro matrimonio avevo decorato l’altare maggiore e i banchi facendoli alternati con una piccola composizione floreale e una candela. Ovviamente possiamo avere il rito civile anche in esterno in un bel prato, ma dovete sempre chiedere al vostro comune.

Decorate the church Floral arrangements for a church wedding must respect a series of principles that have always existed: the complex of elements and architecture of the interiors and exteriors; take into account the architectural characteristics of the church, be it ancient or modern; consider the overall effect given by the perspective of the central nave, the one that the bride will walk through; remember the need to always respect, while valuing it, the sacredness and spirituality of a holy place. The floral decorations for the church usually consist of some basic installations: a composition on the high altar, in front of the bride and groom; two smaller compositions, on the balustrades; some decorations must be placed in the choir area, along the nave, at the entrance and on the pews of the faithful; adapt floral creations to the type of lighting of spaces and environments decorated with fascinating games of light and shadows, studied and designed, in many cases by creative minds of great artists where, consequently, the choice of a flower or a composition with shades wrong, it could produce a disharmonious note. The style of the floral compositions must, therefore, harmonize with the volumes and style of the Church. Small chapels, consequently, require balanced and minute compositions, while majestic churches impose the choice of large plants, shoots and sumptuous floral compositions. If we consider the style then, for a Norman or Romanesque church, arrangements should be preferred that are suited to the essence that characterizes them, thus choosing essential and refined compositions. For a Baroque style church, it is advisable to prepare more suggestive and romantic scenographies. In a modern church, using creativity with both hands, it will be possible to experiment with new and more original ones trends. Finally, if the choice falls on a small country or mountain church, it will be good to choose decorations arranged with flowers in shades, together with ears of wheat, pine cones, ivy, leaves, ribbons and, optionally, seasonal fruit.
Now let’s move on to the town hall: The ceremony in the Town Hall is always less fascinating than the ceremony in the Church: for this very reason reason it becomes almost an obligation to make a touch of color with floral compositions, even if it is always better to try to be very measured in the choice and make arrangements with the staff. For this type of ritual and setting, the best solution, in general, is to arrange a long and narrow composition of flowers at the foot of the table in front of which the bride and groom will sit. Two higher compositions can also be envisaged, placed, one on the bride’s side and the other on the groom’s side. Never forget the presence of a composition, even at the entrance to the room. A trick that can be very appreciated is to prepare tiny bunches, which recall the decoration flowers, to be given to the ladies at the entrance or at the end of the ceremony. In any case, for this type of environment, the ideal solution is to place a composition of flowers in “Low relief”, or a garland, in front of the table in front of which the bride and groom sit; two taller compositions on the sides of the table; one at the entrance and finally, adorn the chairs of the guests with small and discreet bouquets of delicate shapes and colors, who, if desired, can then take the decorations with them as a souvenir. Obviously, for both types of set-up, the final choice is up to the bride and groom and their budget who, together with the florist, will decide and define everything. I remember that for our wedding I had decorated the main altar and the pews, alternating them with a small floral composition and a candle.
