Alessia Buongiorno a tutti, come state? Stamattina torniamo a parlare di eventi, in particolare del 18esimo compleanno! Infatti il primo compleanno è quello che si festeggia in grande, ma che solo genitori e invitati si divertono maggiormente, ma dal secondo compleanno al 14esimo si apre un piccolo mondo di festeggiamenti che cambiano di anno in anno con la crescita e con il cambiamento dei gusti. Con la crescita, cambiano anche i modi di festeggiare; se all’inizio andava bene fare una festa a casa magari con pochi invitati, poi iniziano gli amici della scuola, del calcio o danza. Mi ricordo che tra le scuole elementari e medie il giorno del mio compleanno mia mamma mi faceva una torta da portare a scuola da condividere con i miei compagni durante la merenda e poi a casa festeggiavo con le amiche più importanti.
Un’altra tappa importante è il 15esimo compleanno, poichè segna un cambiamento non si è più bambini, ma ragazzi che stanno iniziando a scegliere il loro futuro con l’ingresso alle scuole superiori e cambia anche il loro approccio verso la vita.
Qua in Italia solitamente si festeggia il 18esimo con una festa enorme anche perchè per noi segna l’ingresso alla maggiore età, ma se pensate in altre zone del mondo festeggiano con una grande festa i 15 o 16 anni, vi faccio qualche esempio: nel mondo latino-americano i festeggiamenti per i 15 anni sono memorabili, soprattutto per le ragazze che attendono questa tappa con impazienza organizzando una festa strepitosa. In Inghilterra si festeggiano i dolci 16 anni con una festa in grande che un pochino prende spunto dalla tradizione francese del ballo delle debuttanti. Quindi perchè non festeggiare anche noi? Magari per aiutarlo a farsi dei nuovi amici nella nuova scuola, questa potrebbe essere una buona occasione.
Ovviamente anche gli altri compleanni (quelli che vengono dopo) sono importanti, ma lo vediamo successivamente.
Organizzare una festa di compleanno come un evento significa molto di più che mangiare una fetta di torta con gli amici. Per prima cosa bisogna concentrarsi sul festeggiato o festeggiata; se siete voi stessi che vi organizzate la festa, allora sapete già quello che desiderate, ma se la state organizzando dovete concentrarvi su quello che piace alla persona in questione. Create il tema su cui volete far girare tutto l’evento, potete prendere il suo hobby preferito e il suo colore preferito per farvi degli esempi: la danza e il colore rosa o lilla, i gioielli e il verde tiffany, il calcio e il verde o i viaggi e il blu. Ricordatevi che ogni singolo dettaglio dovrà rispecchiare il tema scelto.
Quando avete scelto il tema, ricordatevi della personalità dell’invitato, nel senso se è riservato, non esagerate con gli invitati, al contrario, se è una persona estroversa invitate un sacco di amici. Se state organizzando una festa a sorpresa ancora meglio, ma preparatevi a un lavoro da spionaggio per poter recuperare tutti i contatti che vi potranno servire. Una volta completata la lista, potete pensare di creare un’invito da spedire agli invitati con tutti i dettagli( luogo, giorno, ora). Cari genitori, preparatevi a far le ore piccole quel giorno, soprattutto se la festa è di sera! Anche in questo caso tutta l’organizzazione ruota attorno al budget che avete, potete riservare una sala in un locale del centro con una band o allestire un magnifico pic-nic in giardino o in spiaggia (magari al tramonto con qualche amico che suona la chitarra).
Se avete deciso che la festa sarà in un locale e il tema che avete scelto i viaggi e il colore blu allora potete procedere in questo modo: procuratevi dei mappamondo di varie misure, varie cartine geografiche, cartoline, bauli in stile vintage e altre valige, fax simil di carte d’imbarco e passaporti. Solitamente i locali hanno le loro tovaglie bianche, che andranno benissimo, tovaglioli blu, nastri blu e palloncini blu. Potete anche creare delle mongolfiere da mettere al centro del tavolo. Gli inviti potrebbero essere realizzati su dei passaporti, il menu della serata poteste stamparlo su una carta d’imbarco. Se trovate dei piccoli mappamondo potrebbero diventare dei simpatici segnaposto. Potete usare il baule e le valigie per mettere dentro i regali e cosi via. Molto di moda come vi avevo già accennato sono i video con gli auguri di amici e parenti, magari includendo anche quelle persone che non sono riuscite ad essere presenti alla festa. Anche se siete in un locale invece della solita pizza, chiedete se è possibile fare una specie di buffet con vari stuzzichini. Per l’occasione una torta degna di questa festa! Potete allestire il tavolo della torta con tutte le foto dei viaggi che ha fatto il festeggiato e ricordatevi dei simpatici gadget che possono essere utilizzati per far foto buffe. Potete anche stilare un programma della serata con orari e cose da fare. Preparate anche un piccolo pensiero per ringraziare come sempre gli invitati di aver partecipato! E ricordatevi di divertirvi!

In England they celebrate the sweet 16 years with a big party that takes a little inspiration from the French tradition of the debutante ball. So why not celebrate us too? Organizing a birthday party as an event means more than just eating a piece of cake with friends. Once the list is complete, you can think about creating an invitation to send to the guests with all the details (place, day, time). Dear parents, get ready to stay up late that day, especially if the party is in the evening! Also in this case the whole organization revolves around the budget you have, you can reserve a room in a club in the center with a band or set up a magnificent picnic in the garden or on the beach (perhaps at sunset with some friends who play the guitar).
If you have decided that the party will be in a club and the theme you have chosen is travel and the color blue then you can proceed in this way: get some globes of various sizes, various geographical maps, postcards, vintage-style trunks and other suitcases, faxing of boarding passes and passports. Locals usually have their own white tablecloths, which will do just fine, blue napkins, blue ribbons and blue balloons. You can also create hot air balloons to place in the center of the table. Invitations could be made on passports, the evening menu could be printed on a boarding pass. If you find small globes they could become nice placeholders. You can use the trunk and suitcases to put gifts inside and so on. Very fashionable as I have already mentioned are the videos with the wishes of friends and relatives, perhaps also including those people who have not been able to be present at the party. Even if you are in a place instead of the usual pizza, ask if it is possible to make a kind of buffet with various appetizers. For the occasion, a cake worthy of this party! You can set up the cake table with all the photos of the trips made by the birthday boy and remember the nice gadgets that can be used to take funny photos. You can also draw up a program for the evening with times and things to do. Also prepare a small gift to thank the guests for having participated as always! And remember to have fun!
