Alessia Buongiorno e buon sabato a tutti! Finalmente siamo giunti alla fine di novembre, chi di voi ha già fatto l’albero? Noi purtroppo dobbiamo aspettare settimana prossima per via che lunedì ho il pittore.
Ritornando si nostri eventi solitamente dopo il 18esimo compleanno abbiamo un’altra tappa importante: la festa di laurea!!! Nulla ci vieta però anche di festeggiare il diploma delle scuole superiori soprattutto per chi ha scelto una scuola professionale che si affaccia direttamente sul mondo del lavoro. Il cerimoniale di proclamazione del neolaureato o della neolaureata avviene in modi diversi a seconda del centro universitario e della facoltà scelta, ma in line di massima qui in Italia ci si limita alla lettura da parte del rettore del nome dello studente, del titolo della tesi presentata e del voto finale. Quando si pensa alla laurea subito ci viene in mente il colore rosso e il nero rappresentati dal capellino classico della laurea, quello che vediamo sempre nei film americani. Ma sapete che per ogni facoltà c’è un colore diverso? Scopriamoli assieme!

Dopo la laurea, seguono i festeggiamenti, prima con amici e qualche parente stretto, magari nei pressi della facoltà dove solitamente il neolaureato deve leggere il papiro fatto dai suoi amici, dove il più delle volte viene travestito seguendo un particolare della tesi o comunque con dei vestiti che possono essere sporcati per i vari scherzi che gli vengono organizzati. Successivamente si può organizzare una festa con tutti i parenti e con gli amici, anche perché molto spesso il paese di laurea è diverso da quello di nascita; le modalità delle feste dipendo dall’età dei partecipanti, potete anche pensare di creare 2 feste una solo con i parenti e una con gli amici.
Ma come organizzare una festa di laurea? Come sempre bisogna tener conto dei gusti del festeggiato e per quanto riguarda la scelta del buffet tenete conto anche degli invitati soprattutto se hanno intolleranze e allergie. Se pensate di organizzare qualcosa in un locale vicino alla facoltà non sempre sarà possibile allestire in grande stile uno per via che in quei giorni sia il festeggiato che la sua famiglia sono concentrati sulla tesi da presentare e due perché se scegliete un bar non ci sono spazi a sufficienza per gli allestimenti, dunque cosa fare? sicuramente posizionate sul tavolo del buffet due vasi dove poter mettere i mazzi di fiori che la laureanda ha ricevuto. Alla base dei vasi potete mettere 2 corone d’alloro che simboleggiano la laurea e danno un tocco in più all’allestimento. Se invece a laurearsi è un ragazzo? Potete preparare una composizione semplice con i rami d’alloro e qualche nastro e candele. Invece se avete la possibilità di fare subito il ricevimento nel luogo scelto allora per quanto riguarda le decorazioni potete far riferimento alla facoltà per esempio una laurea in materie scientifiche? Utilizzate delle provette in vetro di varie dimensioni e usarle come porta fiori o come bomboniera con dentro i confetti. O se invece la laurea è in materie umanistiche potete inserire dei testi storici di letteratura o filosofia e disporli all’interno di cornici o potete usarli per rivestire dei vasi che contengono fiori o candele. Io per una laurea sceglierei un buffet fatto tipo aperitivo dove ognuno si serve da solo, ma questo lo valuterete in base anche agli invitati, altrimenti potete optare per un menù in stile classico uguale per tutti, ma da una portata soltanto (aperitivo, antipasto, primo e secondo e ovviamente la torta). Anche in questa occasione si regala la bomboniera agli ospiti potete anche confezionare dei sacchetti porta confetti con un ciondolo in argento che richiama la laurea, un segnalibro o una piantina. Ovviamente qualcosa di meno impegnativo rispetto ad un matrimonio o altri eventi.

After graduation, the celebrations follow, first with friends and some close relatives, perhaps near the faculty where usually the new graduate has to read the papyrus made by his friends, where most of the time he is disguised following a detail of the thesis or in any case with some clothes that can be soiled for the various jokes that are organized. Afterwards, a party can be organized with all relatives and friends, also because very often the country of graduation is different from that of birth; the modalities of the parties depend on the age of the participants, you can also think of creating 2 parties, one only with relatives and one with friends.
But how to organize a graduation party? As always, you must take into account the tastes of the birthday boy and as regards the choice of the buffet, also take into account the guests, especially if they have intolerances and allergies. If you plan to organize something in a place near the faculty it will not always be possible to set up one in grand style because in those days both the birthday boy and his family are focused on the thesis to be presented and two because if you choose a bar there are no spaces enough for the preparations, so what to do? surely place two vases on the buffet table where you can put the bouquets of flowers that the graduate student has received. At the base of the vases you can place 2 laurel wreaths that symbolize graduation and give an extra touch to the setting. What if, on the other hand, it is a boy who graduates? You can prepare a simple composition with laurel branches and some ribbons and candles. On the other hand, if you have the possibility of immediately having the reception in the chosen place, then as regards the decorations you can refer to the faculty, for example a degree in scientific subjects? Use glass test tubes of various sizes and use them as a flower holder or as a favor with confetti inside. Or if the degree is in humanities, you can insert historical texts of literature or philosophy and arrange them inside frames or you can use them to cover vases that contain flowers or candles. For a degree I would choose a buffet made like an aperitif where everyone serves themselves, but you will also evaluate this based on the guests, otherwise you can opt for a classic style menu that is the same for everyone, but from one course only (aperitif, appetizer, first and second courses and of course the cake). Also on this occasion the wedding favor is given to guests you can also pack confetti bags with a silver pendant that recalls the graduation, a bookmark or a plant. Obviously something less demanding than a wedding or other events.
