Alessia Buongiorno e buon sabato a tutti! giovedì avevamo visto il servizio fotografico e allora oggi vi parlo invece delle riprese video. Fare un video del proprio matrimonio secondo me è importante, rivederlo agli anniversari è molto emozionante, anche noi lo avevamo fatto per il nostro matrimonio e c’erano anche delle interviste di amici e parenti che ci facevano gli auguri, davvero molto bello.
Se il servizio fotografico, attraverso gli scatti di un artista, fissa gli attimi e con essi le emozioni, il video del
matrimonio fa rivivere il giorno del matrimonio istante dopo istante, restituendo, attraverso la gestualità, la magia della musica, le voci degli sposi, la verità di quel giorno magico.
Proprio per questo motivo, è fondamentale scegliere un operatore all’altezza della situazione, che abbia esperienza professionale specifica e magari non soltanto di riprese matrimoniali ( il mio fotografo ha all’interno della sua squadra esperti in video matrimoniali).
Questa ecletticità professionale, sarà in grado di garantire una maggiore originalità e capacità di attingere a soluzioni singolari, avendo operato in contesti diversi.
Anche nel caso della scelta dell’operatore, bisogna comportarsi come per il servizio fotografico: Incontrare diversi professionisti.
Richiedere di visionare i prodotti realizzati precedentemente.
Scegliere l’operatore cui affidare il servizio audiovisivo.
Pattuire il compenso, tenendo ben presente che questo varierà in funzione del numero di telecamere impiegate, del numero dei luoghi delle riprese, dell’inserimento di materiali audiovisivi preesistenti.
Organizzare un “briefing” con l’operatore scelto.
Se state pianificando invece tutto da soli, vi lascio qualche ulteriore consiglio utile nella
individuazione dell’operatore di fiducia:
chiedete sempre di potere visionare un video già realizzato prima di iniziare a fissare gli accordi.
scegliete in accordo le musiche di sottofondo, alcune coppie lasciano la scelta delle musiche al video-operatore; altre, invece, vogliono scegliere, da sole la colonna sonora.
Per quanto riguarda le musiche, sarà un argomento delle prossime settimane!
Bellissimo poter rivivere l’ingresso in chiesa, mio marito mi ha sempre detto che finché era a casa era tutto tranquillo, poi in chiesa quando mi ha visto entrare era super emozionato. Per me invece era l’opposto. Ma torniamo ai video: dovete informare il cameraman sullo schema del matrimonio, come saranno scanditi gli orari, se bisognerà riprendere le fasi di preparazione, sulla durata dell’evento e sul numero di location che dovranno essere riprese.
Richiedere di riprendere, spesso, i rispettivi genitori. È un modo per ringraziarli e una forma per poterli ricordare nei loro attimi di gioia, anche quando non ci saranno più.
Richiedere dei sopraluoghi: è molto utile effettuare dei sopralluoghi nelle località e, qualora, non fosse possibile, fare in modo che il cameraman possa prendere contatti con chi potrà dargli ragguagli sul tipo di luce che si avrà sui luoghi delle future riprese.
Richiedere che l’operatore audio-video e il fotografo si tengano in contatto e lavorino in tandem.
Raccomandarsi di non perdere i momenti salienti quali:
l’arrivo della sposa, la sposa che esce dalla macchina con il suo vestito lungo, aiutata dal padre; l’attesa dello sposo che davanti all’altare; il bacio, lo scambio degli anelli, le firme di sposi e testimoni, i primi piani degli sposi durante i momenti più emozionanti della cerimonia, i momenti di allegria e convivialità del banchetto, il taglio della torta e il brindisi.
È molto importante che all’interno del video compaiano i genitori di entrambi gli sposi.
È inoltre utile, prima della cerimonia, informarsi, e mettere al corrente gli operatori, sulla composizione delle famiglie degli sposi.

In my opinion, making a video of your wedding is important, seeing it again on anniversaries is very exciting, we too had done it for our wedding and there were also interviews with friends and relatives who wished us their best wishes, really very nice.
If the photo shoot, through the shots of an artist, fixes the moments and with them the emotions, the video of the marriage brings the wedding day to life moment by moment, returning, through gestures, the magic of music, the voices of the spouses, the truth of that magical day. Precisely for this reason, it is essential to choose an operator that is up to the situation, who has specific professional experience and perhaps not only in wedding shooting (my photographer has experts in wedding videos within his team). This professional eclecticism will be able to guarantee greater originality and the ability to draw on unique solutions, having worked in different contexts.
Even in the case of choosing the operator, you must behave as for the photo shoot: Meet several professionals. Request to view the products made previously. Choose the operator to whom to entrust the audiovisual service. Agree on the fee, bearing in mind that this will vary according to the number of cameras used, the number of shooting locations, the inclusion of pre-existing audiovisual materials. Organize a “briefing” with the chosen operator.
If you are planning everything by yourself, I leave you some further useful advice in the identification of the trusted operator: always ask to be able to view a video already made before starting to make agreements. choose the background music in agreement, some couples leave the choice of music to the videographer; others, on the other hand, want to choose the soundtrack themselves. As for the music, it will be a topic for the next few weeks!
It was wonderful to be able to relive the entrance to the church, my husband always told me that as long as he was at home everything was quiet, then in the church when he saw me enter he was super excited. For me it was the opposite. But back to the videos: you must inform the cameraman about the wedding scheme, how the times will be marked, if the preparation phases need to be resumed, the duration of the event and the number of locations to be filmed. Request to film the respective parents often. It is a way to thank them and a way to remember them in their moments of joy, even when they are gone. Request for site inspections: it is very useful to carry out inspections in the localities and, if it is not possible, to make sure that the cameraman can make contact with those who can give him information on the type of light that will occur on the places of future filming. Request that the audio-video operator and the photographer keep in touch and work in tandem. Be advised not to miss the highlights such as: the arrival of the bride, the bride who gets out of the car with her long dress, helped by her father; the expectation of the groom who stands in front of the altar; the kiss, the exchange of rings, the signatures of spouses and witnesses, the close-ups of the couple during the most exciting moments of the ceremony, the moments of joy and conviviality at the banquet, the cutting of the cake and the toast. It is very important that the parents of both spouses appear in the video. It is also useful, before the ceremony, to inquire and inform the operators on the composition of the families of the spouses.
