Questa sera concludiamo con la parte che riguarda la musica e l’intrattenimento al matrimonio!
Avete già scelto i professionisti da contattare? La scelta può ricadere su un solista, un duo, un quartetto o un’intera band. Questa decisione si mostra collegata direttamente al tipo di intrattenimento ricercato. Nel caso di cantanti solisti, si fa di solito riferimento ad artisti, capaci di passare da un genere all’altro con estrema facilità, grazie al supporto di basi musicali. Viceversa, una band, un quartetto o un duo sono spesso specializzati in un determinato genere musicale, che potrà essere suonato sia come accompagnamento di sottofondo a un particolare momento del rinfresco, sia nella forma di un vero e proprio concerto volto a catalizzare l’attenzione dei presenti.
Orchestra: adatta quindi sia a grandi cerimonie che a contesti più intimi, questa esegue principalmente musica classica, ma non sono da escludere variazioni sul tema o veri e propri stravolgimenti del repertorio: dalla musica balkanica alle colonne sonore dei film, passando per il riadattamento di brani noti della tradizione pop o rock.
Il dj: anche qui c’è da fare una distinzione tra music selector, ovvero colui che si occupa di creare playlist e mandarle in diffusione, e un professionista che si occupa di mixare i brani, mettendoli a tempo nelle varie sequenze e generando non di rado creazioni originali. Ci sono quelli che dispongono di diversi impianti con luci e fumogeni extra per creare atmosfera, c’è chi si occupa solo della musica del ricevimento e chi anche di quella della cerimonia, e persino chi non permette agli ospiti di fare alcune richieste di brani durante la festa.
La Band: ce ne sono tantissime, quelle specializzate in un solo tipo di musica, le cosiddette tribute band che propongono i brani di un solo artista e che generalmente lo rievocano anche nel vestiario, quelle live acoustic — il cui lavoro mira a rivisitare in chiave acustica alcuni brani originariamente più movimentati — o le cover band, che di solito si focalizzano su più artisti e su generi musicali diversi, anche se simili tra loro. E ancora, esistono band composte da più musicisti e un cantante, band con più cantanti o addirittura band di soli musicisti senza cantanti.
Il piano bar: chi desidera un intrattenimento musicale che comprenda anche un po’ di animazione e che possa offrire momenti gioviali di karaoke e balli di gruppo avrà bisogno del piano bar e di un professionista tutto fare che ricopra queste richieste. Trenini, canti a squarciagola e anche giochi di animazione, come il gioco delle scarpe o un quiz per gli sposi. Deve essere un buon front man/woman e deve avere una voce straordinaria, che catturi l’attenzione degli ospiti.
Ma quando mettere la musica?
cerimonia religiosa: una selezione di brani di musica religiosa da proporre durante la vostra cerimonia in chiesa. Ricordatevi di parlarne con il parroco per chiedere eventualmente la conferma dei brani. Noi avevamo il bravissimo coro della nostra chiesa!!!
cerimonia civile: se vi sposate con rito civile o simbolico, avrete via libera per la scelta della scaletta musicale. Definite lo stile della cerimonia e poi selezionate i brani che accompagneranno l’entrata o lo scambio delle promesse.
uscita degli sposi: un’altra fase solenne del matrimonio, l’uscita dalla chiesa o dal municipio. Un momento immortalato da tutti, fotografi o invitati che siano, e che ha bisogno di un brano all’altezza della sua importanza.
aperitivo: una fase che necessita di un sottofondo musicale non troppo chiassoso, in quanto conversare mangiando è ciò che piace di più agli ospiti.
primo ballo: optate per qualcosa di romantico ma soprattutto vostro, per la canzone che vi ha accompagnato lungo il percorso del fidanzamento o per un brano con un testo che rispecchi la vostra storia d’amore.
Ricordatevi che quando si parla di musica bisogna informarsi sulla SIAE!!! Cos’è? Quanto costa? Perché si paga? La SIAE ha a che vedere con i Diritti d’Autore e garantisce il riconoscimento del compenso relativo alle opere di autori e editori. In vista di un matrimonio, quindi, è indispensabile richiedere l’autorizzazione per l’esecuzione di tutti i brani musicali scelti e il costo viene calcolato in base all’anno e al numero di invitati presenti.
