Alessia Buongiorno a tutti, come state? Vista la giornata piovosa, mi viene voglia di partire! Riprendiamo brevemente la luna di miele, andando a parlare delle città italiane più romantiche di sempre!
Sembrerebbe che la diffusione della tendenza per le coppie di partire per un viaggio appena dopo il matrimonio abbia origine nel periodo della belle époque, quindi tra gli ultimissimi anni dell’ottocento e gli anni del novecento che precedono la Prima Guerra Mondiale.
All’epoca i fidanzamenti duravano molto di meno e per le coppie unite in matrimonio, partire per un viaggio insieme era un’occasione per conoscersi meglio. In più, in quel periodo era molto di moda partire per lunghi viaggi in visita dell’Europa e dei suoi luoghi più suggestivi. Il viaggio di nozze viene anche definito Luna di Miele, ma da cosa ha origine questo nome? Cosa ha a che fare con un viaggio dedicato alle coppie di sposi novelli? La parola luna viene utilizzata per definire il primo mese di nozze, la durata, all’incirca, di un ciclo lunare, durata che in origine aveva anche il viaggio intrapreso dalla coppia. Sull’uso di “miele” invece ci sono più ipotesi e le più accreditate sono due. La prima è quella che il miele rappresenti la dolcezza e lo slancio di romanticismo che caratterizza le coppie nei primi periodi di unione. La seconda ipotesi è che l’uso del termine “miele” derivi da “idromele“: in molti paesi europei infatti, l’idromele è la bevanda che viene bevuta durante i festeggiamenti nuziali, da cui deriverebbe poi la terminologia Luna di Miele.
Bene, ora vediamo quali sono le mete più romantiche della nostra bella Italia!
Al primo posto troviamo Venezia! La città italiana romantica per eccellenza! Come farsi mancare un giro in gondola, la traversata del Ponte di Rialto o una bella passeggiata tra le innumerevoli calle e i pittoreschi edifici? Oppure, perché non lasciarsi cullare dalle panchine in riva alla laguna, ammirando il panorama? Si consiglia di non andare nei periodi troppo caldi e di prenotare in anticipo eventuali visite a musei e palazzi, per evitare lunghe code. Il periodo ideale per visitare Venezia sarebbe la primavera!
Poi troviamo il Lago D’Iseo ( Brescia-Lombardia). Venuto alla ribalta, il lago d’Iseo offre panorami invidiabili: con le sue dimensioni tutto sommato contenute (il perimetro è di circa 70 km) e le montagne che lo circondano, sia di giorno che di sera è possibile effettuare camminate in bassa o in alta quota, fare il bagno nelle zone adibite e godersi uno spettacolare gelato in riva al lago, oppure prendere il battello e recarsi a Monte Isola, la più grande isola lacustre d’Europa. Tra i paesi imperdibili ricordiamo Lovere, Iseo, Sarnico. Ideale da visitare in estate!
Verona, la città celebre per essere l’ambientazione della nota tragedia d’amore tra Romeo e Giulietta scritta da William Shakespeare.
La città ancora oggi è meta di milioni di turisti l’anno, desiderosi di ripercorrere le tracce della storica vicenda: uno dei luoghi più visitati è la casa di Giulietta. Non scordiamo però altri bellissimi e romantici scorci di Verona, come ad esempio il Ponte di Castelvecchio e il Giardino dei Giusti.
Sempre in Veneto troviamo una paesino che si chiama Borghetto (Verona) frazione di Valeggio sul Mincio, in provincia di Verona: parte de “I borghi più belli d’Italia”, Borghetto è celebre per il suo antico borgo che sorge nella valle del fiume Mincio, dominata dai resti di un antico castello scaligero. A Borghetto è possibile ammirare mulini e mangiare la tigella, tipica di questi luoghi.
Andiamo verso le montagne e troviamo la Val di Susa (Piemonte). Per chi ama le bellezze montane e i reperti storici, la Val di Susa è un posto davvero mozzafiato: con i numerosi forti (citiamo il Forte di Exilles) e castelli (Castello di Chianocco), le strade tortuose nascondono tanti piccoli centri abitati in cui è ancora possibile assaporare il buon vivere di una volta.
Alla volta di Bolzano troviamo San Lorenzo di Sebato, ideale come meta invernale. Cosa c’è di più romantico del passare la notte in uno chalet di montagna circondato dalla neve, con temperature esterne molto rigide mentre all’interno c’è un caminetto acceso? Vivere queste emozioni è possibili a San Lorenzo di Sebato, sulle Dolomiti: diversi gli chalet che danno un’opportunità di questo tipo.
Passiamo nel centro della nostra penisola e possiamo ammirare le colline umbre. La regione Umbria è un posto ideale per le coppie: abbastanza piccola, è ricca di paesi e villaggi dalle dimensioni molto contenute. Non ci sono grandi città e predominano il verde e le colline: infatti ciò che attrae dell’Umbria è proprio la bellezza della natura. Imperdibile un giro ad Assisi per vivere un momento spirituale di grande intensità; da lì consigliate una visita a Orvieto, Narni, Gubbio.
Al sud d’Italia possiamo ammirare Bari, una città spesso trascurata, ma in realtà cela grandi bellezze: per lo più città universitaria e portuale, vanta grandi opere architettoniche, splendide chiese e un romantico lungomare, oltre che un centro storico davvero interessante dominato da un antico castello. A poca distanza vi invitiamo a visitare Polignano a Mare (35 km), un luogo magico. Ma sapete che nella zona del Salento ci sono le Maldive Italiane?
Con sullo sfondo montagne e vigneti, la costiera amalfitana è una zona perfetta per stare a fianco della persona che si ama, magari facendo un bel giro in acqua tramite battello o barca.

In addition, at that time it was very fashionable to go on long trips to visit Europe and its most evocative places. The honeymoon is also called the Honeymoon, but where does this name originate? What does this have to do with a trip dedicated to newlyweds? The word moon is used to define the first month of the wedding, the duration, roughly, of a lunar cycle, which originally also had the journey undertaken by the couple. On the use of “honey”, on the other hand, there are more hypotheses and the most accredited are two. The first is that honey represents the sweetness and momentum of romanticism that characterizes couples in the first periods of union. The second hypothesis is that the use of the term “honey” derives from “mead”: in many European countries, in fact, mead is the drink that is drunk during wedding celebrations, hence the terminology Honeymoon.
Well, now let’s see which are the most romantic destinations in our beautiful Italy! In the first place we find Venice! The romantic Italian city par excellence! How to miss a gondola ride, the crossing of the Rialto Bridge or a nice walk among the countless calle and picturesque buildings? Or, why not let yourself be lulled by the benches by the lagoon, admiring the view? It is advisable not to go in too hot periods and to book in advance any visits to museums and palaces, to avoid long queues. The ideal time to visit Venice would be spring! Then we find Lake Iseo (Brescia-Lombardy). Coming to the fore, Lake Iseo offers enviable views: with its overall small size (the perimeter is about 70 km) and the surrounding mountains, both day and night it is possible to walk in low or low hills. at high altitude, swim in the designated areas and enjoy a spectacular ice cream by the lake, or take the boat and go to Monte Isola, the largest lake island in Europe. We pass in the center of our peninsula and we can admire the Umbrian hills. The Umbria region is an ideal place for couples: quite small, it is full of small towns and villages. There are no big cities and greenery and hills predominate: in fact what attracts Umbria is the beauty of nature. Do not miss a tour to Assisi to experience a spiritual moment of great intensity; from there you recommend a visit to Orvieto, Narni, Gubbio. The beautiful Rome is an extremely romantic city, full of lights, churches, historic and military buildings. And that’s not all: the ancient Roman forum and the Vatican City seen at night are even more suggestive. If you want to enjoy a beautiful view of the city, you can go to one of the seven hills, or to Frascati, a few kilometers away. In the south of Italy we can admire Bari, a city often overlooked, but in reality it hides great beauties: mostly university and port city, it boasts great architectural works, splendid churches and a romantic promenade, as well as a really interesting historic center dominated by an ancient castle. A short distance away we invite you to visit Polignano a Mare (35 km), a magical place. But do you know that in the Salento area there are the Italian Maldives? We conclude with the Amalfi Coast (Campania). The Amalfi coast tour offers the opportunity to see a wide variety of Italian villages in one fell swoop: those who visit this splendid area of Campania cannot fail to be struck by how well these differences in styles and these beauties blend together. With mountains and vineyards in the background, the Amalfi coast is a perfect area to be next to the person you love, perhaps taking a nice ride on the water by boat or boat.
