Alessia Buongiorno e buon mercoledì, come state? Il matrimonio do Sarah e Lorenzo è passato ed ora mi posso concentrare su un anniversario molto speciale!
Ma come promesso terminiamo oggi di parlare del matrimonio autunnale!
Partiamo con le partecipazioni di nozze: sicuramente possiamo contare sull’aiuto di una palette focalizzata su tutte quelle tinte autunnali questa stagione è ricchissima anche di dettagli dai quali possiamo tranquillamente trarre ispirazione e usare come motivi grafici. Gli aspetti decorativi del coordinato, dal save the date, le partecipazioni, gli inviti e quant’altro, magari non avranno più tematiche floreali, quanto piuttosto su composizioni di foglie o frutta simbolo della stagione, come ad esempio uva, more, melograni, ecc…
Anche la scelta della carta per rimanere più in sintonia con l’atmosfera autunnale, ti consiglio di utilizzare delle tipologie che definirei “più materiche”, ovvero, leggermente o molto ruvide al tatto, oppure con lavorazioni particolari, come ad esempio la carta pergamena o la carta di Amalfi con i suoi particolari bordi irregolari. Ti consiglio di evitare la tonalità bianco ottico, scegli piuttosto sfumature di carta dai colori avorio, crema o bianco latte, in modo che stiamo meglio in abbinamento a tutte le tonalità calde di questa stagione. Negli ultimi anni si sono aggiunte anche delle piccole decorazioni, come ad esempio fiori secchi applicati, piume colorate, rametti o un elegante sigillo in ceralacca personalizzato con un logo o le iniziali e se parliamo del nastro, piuttosto che quello in raso, trovo decisamente più adatto uno in cotone, oppure un cordino in camoscio o in caucciù se lo stile del tuo matrimonio fosse un po’ più rustico, fino anche a un elegante nastro in velluto, qualora le nozze fossero verso la fine di questa stagione e lo stile più elegante.
Ora vediamo lo sposo in versione autunnale, il primo dettaglio è senza dubbio la bottoniera, in questo caso potrà essere creato con fiori secchi, con spighe di grano, con piccole bacche, foglie o fiori freschi dai colori caldi, ma da intonare sempre al bouquet della sposa!
I colori della stagione possono essere richiamati anche nella cravatta, nel papillon o nel fazzoletto del taschino, altrimenti, se parliamo di un matrimonio in autunno inoltrato ma soprattutto, se hai optato per uno stile semplice, naturale e un po’ retrò, allora potresti scegliere un gilet o una giacca in tessuti di lana dalle caratteristiche fantasie. Ma se vuoi osare potresti anche utilizzare una giacca in velluto che nelle tonalità autunnali ha un tocco davvero magico andando ad aumentare l’intensità e la luminosità.
E per le damigelle?
A prescindere dalla stagione, per quanto riguarda gli abiti delle damigelle (anche se non sempre è possibile) gli abiti delle damigelle possono essere o della stessa forma, stesso stile, ma realizzati con colori differenti, oppure avere differenti stili mantenendo però lo stesso colore. Questo permetterà sia di identificare molto bene quelle che sono le tue damigelle ma anche di uniformarle tra di loro senza creare troppa confusione di stili o colori. Sicuramente potranno contare su una vasta gamma di nuance e se il matrimonio è all’inizio di questa stagione, possono utilizzare anche delle stampe a fantasia. Considera che le damigelle, come pure tutte le altre invitate, potranno contare anche loro su giacche più o meno pesanti, coprispalle, pellicciotti, stole e mantelle che diventeranno davvero un elemento must per completare il look, puntando anche su tessuti come la lana e il cashmere.
Terminiamo in bellezza questi due articoli parlando della torta nuziale! L’abbinamento ai prodotti della stagione e al clima deve essere la chiave vincente. Come struttura di base va benissimo il pan di Spagna ma puoi fare in modo che si sentano magari più intensamente alcuni aromi come ad esempio la vaniglia o la cannella. Nel ripieno gioca con delle creme, magari anche al gusto di caramello, alle castegne, o particolari confetture, oppure, se sei un’amante del cioccolato, questa è la stagione giusta per utilizzarlo come protagonista della tua wedding cake.
Esteticamente, prediligi una torta dalle decorazioni semplici fatte con pochi elementi tutti della stagione autunnale, come more, fichi, marroni glassati, noci e nocciole, oppure elementi naturali come foglie, pigne, ramoscelli, ecc…anche la copertura esterna non dove essere troppo elegante ma anzi, uno stile che si abbina perfettamente a quello autunnale, può essere una naked o nude cake.

This season is also full of details from which we can easily draw inspiration and use as graphic motifs. The decorative aspects of the set, from save the date, invitations, invitations and so on, may no longer have floral themes, but rather on compositions of leaves or fruit that symbolize the season, such as grapes, blackberries, pomegranates, etc. … Even the choice of paper to stay more in tune with the autumn atmosphere, I suggest you use types that I would define “more material”, that is, slightly or very rough to the touch, or with special processes, such as parchment paper or Amalfi paper with its particular irregular edges. I advise you to avoid the optic white shade, instead choose shades of paper in ivory, cream or milky white colors, so that we look better in combination with all the warm shades of this season. In recent years, small decorations have also been added, such as applied dried flowers, colored feathers, twigs or an elegant sealing wax seal customized with a logo or initials and if we talk about the ribbon, rather than the satin one, I find much more one in cotton is suitable, or a suede or rubber cord if the style of your wedding was a little more rustic, up to an elegant velvet ribbon, if the wedding was towards the end of this season and the more elegant style .
Now we see the groom in the autumn version, the first detail is undoubtedly the button panel, in this case it can be created with dried flowers, with ears of wheat, with small berries, leaves or fresh flowers in warm colors, but to always match the bouquet of the bride! The colors of the season can also be recalled in the tie, in the bow tie or in the pocket handkerchief, otherwise, if we are talking about a wedding in late autumn but above all, if you have opted for a simple, natural and a little retro style, then you could choose a vest or jacket in wool fabrics with characteristic patterns. But if you want to be daring, you could also use a velvet jacket that in autumn shades has a truly magical touch by increasing the intensity and brightness. And for the bridesmaids? Regardless of the season, as regards the dresses of the bridesmaids (although it is not always possible) the dresses of the bridesmaids can be either of the same shape, the same style, but made with different colors, or have different styles while maintaining the same color. This will allow both to identify very well who your bridesmaids are but also to standardize them without creating too much confusion of styles or colors. Surely they will be able to count on a wide range of shades and if the wedding is at the beginning of this season, they can also use some patterned prints. Consider that the bridesmaids, as well as all the other guests, will also be able to count on more or less heavy jackets, shawls, furs, stoles and capes that will truly become a must element to complete the look, also focusing on fabrics such as wool and cashmere
Let’s finish these two articles with a flourish by talking about the wedding cake! The combination with seasonal products and the climate must be the winning key. As a basic structure, sponge cake is fine but you can make sure that some aromas such as vanilla or cinnamon are felt more intensely. Play with creams in the filling, perhaps even caramel-flavored, castegne, or particular jams, or, if you are a chocolate lover, this is the right season to use it as the star of your wedding cake. Aesthetically, you prefer a cake with simple decorations made with a few elements all of the autumn season, such as blackberries, figs, glazed browns, walnuts and hazelnuts, or natural elements such as leaves, pine cones, twigs, etc … even the outer cover should not be too elegant but indeed, a style that perfectly matches the autumn one, it can be a naked or nude cake.
